Maria Grazia Mantini

During her ten-year career as financial analyst in the Nineties, Maria Grazia also led the ING Research Department in Italy over the 1995-2000 period.

She gained a valuable experience as Head of Investor & Media Relations at Snam, being part of the management team that IPOed the Company in 2001, during the de-merger from Eni. 

She also worked as Investor Relations and Corporate Communication consultant at companies of Publicis Group and WPP.

In 2006, she founded Blue Arrow in Milan. Today, she continues to run her business in Lugano.

Isabella Scholz

After completing the studies in Economics and Management at the Bocconi University in Milan and the ESSEC University in Paris, Isabella started her career with two experiences in consulting firms, in Milan and New York.

For almost three years she worked in Microsoft’s Central Marketing Team, where she developed her competencies in communications and event management.

Later she obtained the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Private Banking and Wealth Management at the Centro di Studi Bancari Villa Negroni in Lugano.

She is Associate Consultant at Blue Arrow since 2019.
